Doodling for Adults
Relaxation and Self-Reflection
  • Duration: 2 hours

  • Materials: Included (in-person only)

  • Cost: $45 per person

This workshop is all about slowing down and reconnecting with yourself through the simple act of doodling. You’ll create lines, shapes, and colours—not a piece of art, but a space to let your thoughts flow freely and engage in mindfulness.

With gentle guidance, you’ll be encouraged to observe your thoughts and feelings without judgement, helping you build a kinder, more accepting connection with yourself.

No artistic skills are required—just bring yourself, ready to enjoy the process and discover the calm that comes from doodling.

Upcoming workshop dates

Doodling is a personal expression with no right or wrong way. The focus is on the process itself, not just the final result—though the outcomes can be delightful too!
