Therapeutic doodling workshops for adults
Therapeutic doodling workshops include prompts and guidance to support self-observation and exploration. You’ll be invited to notice thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations as they arise through simple creative practice. The focus is not on producing artwork, but on using lines, shapes, and colour as a way to pause, notice, process and reflect.

These workshops are suitable for adults who are looking for a calm, reflective experience. No artistic experience is required — just a willingness to be curious and see where it takes you.

Materials you'll need

​Three sheets of plain paper, with at least one sheet that’s A4 or larger.

Any pens, pencils, watercolours, acrylic paints, or fine-liners you already have at home. Nothing fancy is required.

Headphones if you have them, as music is a big part of the workshop and they’ll help you get the most out of the experience.
