My approach
Beth Rad (she/her)
Registered Counsellor and Therapist

I’m a registered, trauma-trained counsellor and therapist with a Master’s degree in Counselling (ACA Level 3). I work online with adults across Australia

My approach is integrative and tailored to you. I draw on a range of evidence-informed and experiential approaches in which I’ve completed additional training, including EFT/tapping, somatic and polyvagal-informed work, parts work, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, solution-focused work, and creative approaches. Sessions are collaborative, and the approaches we use are guided by what feels most useful for you.
