Counselling
I offer individual and couples counselling for people navigating trauma, life changes, and the times where things feel stressful, overwhelming, or unclear.
You don’t need to know exactly what’s going on before starting. People come to therapy at all kinds of points — when something has shifted, when things feel hard to manage, or when patterns keep repeating and you’re not sure why.
How we can work together
My approach is integrative and tailored to you. This means I have been trained in different types of therapy and we work with what’s most relevant in the moment, rather than following a fixed structure.
Some sessions are more conversational, helping you make sense of what’s happening. At other times, we might work more directly with how things are held in the body, or explore different aspects of your experience.
This may include EMDR, along with somatic, parts-based, and creative approaches where helpful. You don’t need to know which approach is right — we work that out together.

Fees
Individual counselling (60 min): $185
Couples counselling (60 min): $225
Private health rebates may be available depending on your provider.
What to expect
Sessions are a space to slow things down and begin to understand what’s happening, without judgement or pressure.
Some people come with something specific they want to work on. Others arrive unsure where to start. Both are completely okay.
Over time, therapy can help you:
-
make sense of your experiences
-
understand patterns that keep repeating
-
feel more steady in yourself
-
respond differently to things that used to feel overwhelming
-
make values-based decisions
Sessions
In-person sessions are available in nipaluna/Hobart, with online counselling also available Australia-wide.
You don’t need a referral or Mental Health Care Plan to book an appointment.
