EMDR Therapy in Hobart and Online
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) is a structured, evidence-based therapy that can support people to process distressing experiences that continue to feel “stuck” in the nervous system.
I offer EMDR in a warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed way. Sessions are paced carefully and adapted to your individual needs, with a focus on helping you feel grounded, supported, and emotionally safe throughout the process.
I offer EMDR therapy in nipaluna/Hobart and online across Australia.

Private health rebates may be available depending on your provider.
You don’t need a referral or Mental Health Care Plan to book an appointment.
What does EMDR therapy involve?
EMDR uses bilateral stimulation — such as eye movements, tapping, or audio tones — while working with memories, emotions, body sensations, and beliefs connected to distressing experiences.
I integrate EMDR with broader trauma-informed counselling approaches, including nervous system awareness, grounding, somatic strategies, and parts-based work where appropriate.
Not every session involves memory processing. Time is also spent building safety, stability, coping strategies, and emotional regulation skills
